This is because some people have ordered study material, downloaded the practice exams, and then asked for a refund. In other words, these people had no intention of studying 2-4 hours a day for 8 to 16 weeks. They just wanted to use my practice exams for free a couple of days before the PTCB exam. If this is your purpose, you do not have to purchase my course material. There is a free practice exam on the PTCB website at http://www.ptcb.org . Also, please be aware that it is impossible to study for just a couple of days, do a few practice exams, and then expect to pass the exam.
